Wonderful Meeting with Former Election Commissioner of India and Chief Justice of India: Dr. G. V. G. Krishnamurty

This was a great pleasure and honor for me offered by our Respected Director Sir, Prof. Ravindra Kumar, Director - Hierank Business School, Noida to have a Cup of Tea during Personal Meeting with Dr. G. V. G. Krishnamurty at his Residential House.

I hope the readers might be aware of his great contribution and work recognition in national building and opening new ways for India across the Globe. He was the youngest person, who wrote the book on the subject Demoracy, which has world recognition and also appraised by Former Vice President Sh. V.V. Giri and Chief Justice of India, N. Hidyatullah Ji.


I have honored to wish him on his 77th Birthday (born in 19th November 1934) and meet him personally and listen his views and share his thoughts which are mind blowing and inspirational for the young generation of India.

On this very special day, 19th November, 2011 . I pray to Almighty to bless him with good health and long life to serve our great nation.

Fraud by Indiatimes Shopping in selling phone similar to Apple Iphone

Dear Friends,

I am here wish to bring in notice a Fraudlent issue which is done by Indiatimes Shopping.

The product shown in the below link is for a Fake Chinese model WiFi Dual GSM Mobile which looks similar to APPLE IPHONE.

For this I also complaint over Consumer court to resolve this issue. But it is not processed yet.

The company boosted for its features which neither correct nor meet to any standard as seen after ordering it by me.

Order No: 112323048, dated 25 April, 2010 for a WI-FI IPHONE DUAL SIM GSM MOBILE PHONE after viewing it on Shopping Website of Indiatimes.com

The offer shows attractive features in Mobile phone and I was overwhelmed with joy if could have such a product with such a reasonable price.

Product ordered for Amt 6189/- (including courier charges) paid via HDFC Credit Card, and thus received on 29 April,2010 and after using it I found so many discrepancy and malfunction.

I registered a complaint over phone and email to Customer Care of Indiatimes Shopping.
But no response till date 5, May,2010. Then they advise me to reverse the order and will refund after courier back to company. Cancellation Complaint number given 24967 (given over phone by CCE of indiatimes shopping). The CCE also told me that I can get refund of it as I found it defective.

I courier back it via TNT Courier (same by which Order shipped) with Pick UP no: 292549 and Account Code 55959 as given by Indiatimes for Reverse Pickup for defective mobile.

However, the case was gone to Replacement of product .....
And today, 12 May, 2010 I received back the SAME PHONE WITH NO REPLACEMENT / NO CHANGE OF ANY PART / NO REFUND.

I had again reshipped it as advised to get refund, on 13, May but no action has been taken till date. Consecutive emails and phone did not work to get any positive response from indiatimes shopping center.

Please look over the Matter and provide me help to resolve the issue.

My New Bike: Bajaj XCD 135 DTS-Si, Somes odds and Even, Bad and good experience..

The much awaited bike from the Bajaj is now available and I got it finally. Here is a my views for is bike based on a one Month Ride I took.

LOOKS :

On the first glance, this looks Sporty and trendy bike just as a Mini Pulsar.


The most noticable feature is at the rear in form of the rear taillight cluster. It is way better than earlier and is surely eyecatching.

The console gets an analog tacho with digital speedo, odo, tripmeter and fuel guage. The design of console will certainly win it some brownie points.

Now some Negative Points as m Suffering with it till Purchased.

After purchasing this bike, I found problem with gears and Pick up. I made notice to Dealer for this problem but they told me it will be Ok after service. After, 20 days, bike Foot Pad Rubber fall down on the way during driving. On 02/Apr/2009, I got my Bike for Service at DurgaPuri Chowk Service center of Rajiv Bajaj. There I found them using the Open Oil, brand name Volvoline, which come in Barell (of 200Ltr approx.). This is costing about Rs. 210.00 per ltr. And this is not only, the Service executive told me to add another Engine Oil and Petrol Additive to boost up Engine Performance which is necessary for All New Bikes. This is Bardahl Product.

1. For Engine Oil Supplement. Rs. 110/-
2. For Special Injector Klene - Petrol Additive. Rs. 45/-


It cost me Rs 155. After waiting for 3 Hrs. they handled me the Bike with a Bill Amt. of Rs. 421.00 (including Rubber pad, Engine oil, and the supplements oil)

After taking the delivery, afternoon, comeback to home and then go to market in evening. But I am surprised as the bike would not start at all. It makes me crazy, I tried many times, open the fuel tank, check the Reserve Knob and many more. Then I made call to Dealer, to get me a Breakdown service, but there is no Service provided for a vehicle just get serviced. How Ridiculous. I am thinking now if this is better choice to purchase a New Bike just arrived (in Feb).



So I wish to make notice for all Bajaj customer if this is happening with them also. Then please take necessary action and make sure if you are getting proper Service with Branded Engine Oil and in Exact time.

IGMOBI.com and Mozook Mobile Fun club charged for a Subscription service on my Mobile, SMS Message 64611010

I have been suffering from the last three days with a SMS deducting Rs. 10 on each from 64611010.. Initially, I did not check it at all but after getting the same message on the next day.. I tried to contact the Airtel Customer support but they did not respond at all. I have tried, for the same after getting the same message with deduction of Rs.10 on the other next day. Details of the SMS are as follows: 28/01/2009, Time: 03:47 pm  I got First SMS 29/01/2009, Time: 03:53 pm,  I got second SMS 30/01/209, Time: 06:04 pm, I got Third SMS From: 64611010 Thanks for using (subscription, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP. How can a student pass?

Dear Folks,

It's not the fault of the student if he fails, because the year ONLY
has 365' days.

Typical academic year for a student:

1. Sundays-52, Sundays in a year, you know Sundays are for rest. Days left 313.

2. Summer holidays-50 where weather is very hot and difficult to study.Days left 263.

3. 8 hours daily sleep- 130 days GONE. Days left 141.

4. 1 hour for daily playing- (good for health) means 15 days. Days left 126.

5. 2 hours daily for food & other delicacies (chewing
properly & swallowing)-means 30days. Days left 96.

6. 1 hour for talking (man is a social animal)-means 15 days. Days left 81.

7. Exam days- per year at least 35 days. Days left 46.

8. Quarterly, Half yearly and festival (holidays)-40 days. Balance 6 days.

9. For sickness- at least 3 days. Remaining days=3.

10. Movies and functions - at least 2 days. 1 day left.

11. That 1 day is your birthday.

How can you study on that day??????!!!!!!!!!!
